Hello！我是一位常驻纽约的表演者与创作者，主要从事喜剧与戏剧相关的创作与演出，关注叙事、即兴与现场表演。

我的喜剧实践经历横跨加州、芝加哥与纽约，在不同城市的训练与演出中，受到许多喜剧与戏剧创作者的影响，也逐渐形成了自己的表演语言。

已经参与上百场喜剧演出，目前是纽约 Magnet Theater 的剧团常驻成员，也是剧团中唯一的中国籍演员。

大橘喜剧的起点其实很简单：我想要用中文玩喜剧但找不到地方啊啊！！

总之！大橘喜剧通过现场表演与叙事创作，探索幽默、身份，以及人与人之间的连接。

Hi, I am a performer based in New York, working across comedy and theatre. My comedy practice has been shaped through training and performance experiences across California, Chicago, and New York, where I have learned from and collaborated with a range of established voices in the comedy and theatre world.

I have performed in over a hundred comedy shows and am currently a company member at Magenta Theater in New York, where I am the only Chinese performer in the ensemble.

Hi, my initial thought was simply wanting to perform comedy in my mother tongue, but I couldn’t find a space for it. That absence eventually became the reason Orange Comedy exists today.

Through Orange Comedy, I explore humor, identity, and connection through live performance and storytelling.

  • 大橘喜剧致力于在中文语境中推广与传播喜剧剧场形式（包括即兴喜剧、短剧创作、故事表演等），为中文创作者建立一个开放而专业的创作平台，并促进与全球艺术实践者之间的交流与合作。

    我们希望通过系统化的即兴训练与创作实践，支持参与者与社群实现其个人成长目标，包括提升自信心、增强团队协作能力、深化沟通表达能力等。

    我们倡导植根于中文文化语境的喜剧表达，尊重并探索不同语言与传统中的幽默形式。通过在地与跨文化的艺术交流，我们希望以“笑”这一跨越语言的媒介，促进对中华文化的理解与欣赏。

  • Our mission is to popularize and disseminate comedic theater (improv, sketch, storytelling, etc.) within the Chinese-speaking community, creating a welcoming home for comedy creators in Chinese and facilitating exchanges with artists from around the globe.

    We hope that through improvisation techniques, we can support participants and communities in fostering the personal growth they seek, including enhanced self-confidence, stronger teamwork, improved communication skills and more.

    We aim to promote comedy that reflects Chinese culture, celebrating the diverse expressions of humor across languages and traditions. Through local cultural exchange, we seek to enhance understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture through the universal language of laughter.
